The Apple TV programme for Xbox arrived on gaming consoles almost two years ago, introducing Apple TV+ to the system. Since then, Apple has made a number of offers for users to enjoy a free trial of Apple TV+, such as the one made to owners of LG Smart TVs and Target customers last year.
Today, Xbox said that its Game Pass Ultimate subscribers would receive a 3-month trial of Apple TV+ and Apple Music. The terms and conditions are available here. Microsoft claims that these members get access to Apple Music’s more than 100 million songs, with new music being added on a monthly basis. Additionally, the songs are ad-free and device-compatible. “We are thrilled to offer these trials as Perks so that our members can spend the holidays streaming their favourite Apple Original series like “Ted Lasso,” “Shantaram,” “See,” “Mythic Quest,” “Bad Sisters,” and “Severance;” acclaimed films like “CODA,” “Causeway,” and the upcoming “Spirited;” and well-regarded documentaries like “Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me.”
It’s important to keep in mind that the promotion is only available to individuals who do not already have Apple Music and Apple TV+ subscriptions. These users have access to the benefits via the Xbox Windows software or consoles. The offer also excludes regions where Apple TV+ and Apple Music are not available; for example, both services are not available in Russia and Music is not available in Turkey.
Users who qualify may take advantage of this promotion and activate their 3-month trials through March 31, 2023. After claiming the offer, users will be prompted to begin subscriptions on the websites for Apple TV+ and Apple Music.
