T-Mobile adds 70 locations in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan to its 5G Home Internet service.

T-Mobile is expanding its network by adding 70 new cities and towns across three states in the United States. With the expansion of the Un-5G carrier’s Internet services into the Midwest, more than 6 million homes will be able to choose the service.

The announcement will be helpful to people in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Illinois since, according to T-Mobile, those states lack affordable and accessible home internet connection. Mike Katz, the company’s chief marketing officer, added:

“Access to high-speed internet ought to be standard, but millions of Americans still have few, if any, options for home broadband. Numerous ISPs have continued to underserve customers year after year as reliance on internet access has increased dramatically in recent years. T-Mobile is currently expanding access and bridging the digital divide by bringing our Home Internet service to millions more homes across the Midwest. We’re using 5G’s strength to assist customers in escaping Big Internet.
