With the release of Office Version 2211 (Build 15831.20012) for Windows Beta Channel Office Insiders, Microsoft has improved PowerPoint. Save Media with Closed Captions is a brand-new PowerPoint function that lets users save all the closed caption files alongside the media files when they right-click and select the “Save Media as” option.
Along with enhancements and bug fixes, Office Version 2211 (Build 15831.20012) also contains bug fixes. It contains fixes for significant Word and Office Suite issues. The general public cannot yet see these updates since Microsoft is still testing them with Office Insiders. The good news is that all Office users will ultimately have access to these. We are hopeful that the future Office upgrade for Windows will be significantly more exciting with lots of new features and adjustments. In the meantime, Windows Beta Channel Insiders will receive a brand-new Office Build on Friday.
Open any Office programme and select File > Account > Update Options > Update Now to get the most recent Microsoft Office Insider Preview Build.
