The formal rollout of Microsoft’s first “Moment” upgrade for Windows 11 22H2 has begun.

Microsoft’s first “Moment 1” feature drop update will now bring a fresh set of features to users who already have the Windows 11 22H2 Update. It contains elements that Insiders tested for the first time in recent months, like the brand-new Suggested Actions menu. You should anticipate getting the update automatically in the upcoming weeks since they are now on the official rollout.

Microsoft is frantically pushing its most recent version of the Windows operating system, and one of the ways it does this is by promising to regularly issue updates and new features for it. The additional features that were cut from the initial release of the Windows 11 2022 Update will now be available thanks to what Microsoft is calling a Moment update.

An enhanced File Explorer is the first benefit from this Moment update. In this update, there are UI modifications in addition to the tabs that we’ve mentioned numerous times before, which let you use the programme like a browser capable of opening multiple tabs. The home page and OneDrive are now at the top of the File Explorer sidebar options, which is specifically all that the business changed. Now that File Explorer is open, it also provides the “Pin to quick access” option, enabling quick access to your chosen directories and files.

The Suggested Actions function, which will present you with various possibilities when you copy a number or a date, is another addition to this Moment update. When you right-click on the taskbar, Microsoft has finally brought back the Task Manager option. In conjunction to that, you should now be able to use the overflow menu on the taskbar, which will clear up the area when you open a lot of apps.
