For users of Office version 16.64 for Mac, Microsoft has issued yet another Office Insider Beta Channel build. The second Office Insider update for Mac users is New Office Version 16.64 (Build 22071702), however it doesn’t include any new features or modifications. Microsoft has, however, made a ton of patches for Excel’s bugs. The full official changelog is provided below, where you can find more information about these fixes.
In other Office-related news, Microsoft has made Office Version 2207 Build 15427.20000 available for Windows users. This version enables users to turn off specific automatic data conversions, so you won’t have to worry about Excel converting your data to a format you didn’t want or weren’t expecting. Bug fixes and other adjustments were also made.
For Office Beta Channel customers on Mac, Microsoft typically publishes a new Office update once every month that includes new features and adjustments. But July has proven to be an exception, as two new Office Insider builds have been made available to Mac users in just two weeks. The modifications made in the most recent macOS Office build can be seen here. Next month, Microsoft is also anticipated to release a new Office Insider Build.
